Offering a range of men's products, they wanted a brand that would bring positivity to men's wellness. What we did Inspired by their name, 'Manual', we created the guy's guide to making positive decisions. We wrote in a charming tone but with an instructional, action-led structure, like a manual. We developed an aesthetic inspired by manuals using arrows, pointers, bitmap textures and a step-by-step approach to content. We wanted to show men we were on their side, with fun packaging for erectile dysfunction and hair loss that eased embarrassment and an impactful OOH campaign that got the conversation started. customers, which was diluting the experience as they tried to accomodate both of their wants and needs. So I worked with them to focus on one customer, delivering a distinct experience designed especially for them. We call that customer Ali. They're fitness-obsessed, tech-savvy and looking to push themselves further. With a small budget — we needed to get more Ali's into the app and grow brand awareness. What we did We wanted to give Ali the ultimate challenge so we created what was Almost Certainly The World's Toughest Home Workout. To house this 90-minute behemoth, we built a new level in the app; Boss Level. And, to emphasise the difficulty, we warned people against doing it. The identity was inspired by warning statements but with a tongue-in-cheek tone that didn't feel too clichéd or aggressive. focus on Aparthotels, opening up new locations that were more hotel, less apartment. They wanted to offer the amenities you expect in a high-end hotel, but with the flexibility and space of an apartment. What we did The brand we created highlights the flexibility of being able to have the best of both worlds. This direction led us to design the Native ‘N' logo, which flexes to incorporate different locations and activities, depending on the communication. As a result, the ‘N''s diagonal line became a motif for the brand. For each site, the visual system is consistent, but the art direction changes to reflect the tone and vernacular of the location. They needed to communicate this succinctly with a brand that gets noticed in a typically dull sector.What we didWe built the brand around the idea of ‘Taking Care' of your assets, the same way a shepherd takes care of their flock. The visual identity was inspired by the shepherd's world, with ‘Sheppy', an abstracted sheep-like fluffball representing the assets they check. Siliconmilkroundabout is both the longest brand name in existence and the world's most famous tech jobs fair. With more job search engines popping up, they needed help expressing what made their physical experience unique and invaluable. The difference between SMR and their algorithm-powered competitors was face-to-face interaction. A bit like speed-dating, they build the perfect environment to hang out with and get to know your new team. Our Approach We used the idea of ‘Human’s, not robots', as a creative hook for the brand. The visual world we created was visually inspired by chat rooms, with a conversational voice that felt very human. The effect was a brand that felt like the natural evolution to the much-loved DIY feel of their events.
